IPCITI 2013 at Heriot-Watt University, 14th-16th November, is well under way! The IPCITI 2013 Organising Committee is delighted to inform you that the Conference's keynote papers and workshop themes have been confirmed and they promise to be a highlight of our long-running conference.
We would also like to remind you that the Call for Papers and Posters is open until 21st June, so if you have not done so yet, you have still some time ahead to send us your written proposal!
We would also like to announce that a selection of papers presented at IPCITI 2013 will be published in a special issue devoted to IPCITI 2013 in New Voices in Translation Studies.
Registration for IPCITI 2013 is open until 14th October. IPCITI 2013 has made an effort to deliver an accessible conference to postgraduate students with a reasonable delegate fee of £45. We believe that, with our joint effort - IPCITI is a collaborative project organised between Dublin City University, Heriot-Watt University, the University of Manchester and the University of Edinburgh ? on the one hand, we can promote greater participation in translation and interpreting research and address salient issues in the field; on the other, IPCITI hopes to foster a supportive environment in which young researchers can exchange ideas on current themes and issues in translation and interpreting studies.
You can find the key conference information on our keynote speakers and workshop tutors below. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@ipciti.org.uk if you have any queries, and to disseminate the information about IPCITI 2013 amongst colleagues who might be interested in attending IPCITI this November 2013 in Edinburgh!
