Το Εργαστήριο Νομικής, Οικονομικής, Πολιτικής και Νομικής Μετάφρασης (ΕΝΟΠΟΤΕΜ) του ΤΞΓΜΔ του Ιονίου Πανεπιστημίου, συμπράττοντας με

• το Κέντρο Διεθνούς και Ευρωπαϊκού Οικονομικού Δικαίου (ΚΕΟΔ) και

προσκαλεί αποφοίτους και φοιτητές του ΤΞΓΜΔ που ενδιαφέρονται να παρακολουθήσουν τις εργασίες του «summer school» από την Τρίτη 25 Ιουλίου έως την Παρασκευή 28 Ιουλίου 2017 να δηλώσουν συμμετοχή στον Διευθυντή του ΕΝΟΠΟΤΕΜ κ. Μιχάλη Πολίτη μέχρι τις 10 Ιουνίου 2017 μέσω email (michel.politis@gmail.com).

Με βάση τη συμφωνία με τους συνδιοργανωτές, κι επειδή το «summer school» απευθύνεται κατά κύριο λόγο σε ενδιαφερομένους με νομική κατάρτιση και ειδίκευση στο Ευρωπαϊκό Δίκαιο, θα επιλεγούν βάσει φακέλου μέχρι 3 ενδιαφερόμενες/οι οι οποίες/οι τεκμηριωμένα έχουν ασχοληθεί με με την ευρύτερη θεματική του «summer school», ήτοι: Ευρωπαϊκό Δίκαιο, Ευρωπαϊκές Πολιτικές, Μετάφραση κειμένων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Θα ληφθεί σοβαρά υπόψη, επίσης, η άσκηση σε θεσμικά όργανα της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.

Αντικείμενο του «summer school»

Το «summer school» θα προσφέρει στους συμμετέχοντες την ευκαιρία πρακτικής προσέγγισης των πρόσφατων εξελίξεων – νομοθετικών και δικαστικών – σε συγκεκριμένα θέματα του Ευρωπαϊκού Δικαίου των επιχειρήσεων. Μετά από ένα τετραήμερο μαθημάτων, οι συμμετέχοντες θα έχουν αποκτήσει ουσιαστικές γνώσεις επί διαφόρων ζητημάτων του δικαίου της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης μέσω των σεμιναριακών μαθημάτων που θα προσφερθούν από νυν και πρώην δικαστές και υπαλλήλους του Δικαστηρίου της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, διακεκριμένους καθηγητές ευρωπαϊκών Πανεπιστημίων και δικηγόρους.

• Εισαγωγή στην κοινή αγορά της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης
• Εμπορικές συναλλαγές με τρίτα κράτη
• Δίκαιο του Ανταγωνισμού – οι συνέπειες του Brexit
• Κανόνες και πρακτική των δικαστηρίων της Ε.Ε. στον τομέα των κρατικών ενισχύσεων
• Δίκαιο της ενέργειας – αγορές ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας και φυσικού αερίου

• Θεόδωρος Πανάγος, Δικηγόρος, Επισκέπτης Καθηγητής του Δικαίου Ενέργειας στο Διεθνές Πανεπιστήμιο της Ελλάδος στη Θεσσαλονίκη και πρώην Αντιπρόεδρος της ελληνικής Ρυθμιστικής Αρχής Ενέργειας (ΡΑΕ).

Δήλωση συμμετοχής

Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι πρέπει να αποστείλουν την αίτησή τους μέχρι τις 10 Ιουνίου 2017 στον Διευθυντή του ΕΝΟΠΟΤΕΜ κ. Μιχάλη Πολίτη μέσω email (michel.politis@gmail.com), συνοδευόμενη από βιογραφικό σημείωμα από το οποίο να προκύπτει η σχέση της/ου ενδιαφερόμενης/ου με την ευρύτερη θεματική του «summer school».

Το τέλος συμμετοχής για τους αποφοίτους και τους φοιτητές του ΤΞΓΜΔ ανέρχεται στα 110 ευρώ/άτομο. Το τέλος αυτό καλύπτει πενθήμερη διαμονή στη Φοιτητική Λέσχη του Ιονίου Πανεπιστημίου (σε δίκλινα ή τρίκλινα δωμάτια), πρωινό και coffee breaks. Δεν περιλαμβάνονται τα ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα.

Προκήρυξη: Μεταφράσεις για την Ελληνική Μονάδα του Ευρωπαϊκού Δικτύου «ΕΥΡΥΔΙΚΗ»

 

 

Η Ελληνική Μονάδα του Ευρωπαϊκού Δικτύου «ΕΥΡΥΔΙΚΗ», στο πλαίσιο των συμβατικών της υποχρεώσεων με τον Εκτελεστικό Οργανισμό Εκπαίδευσης, Οπτικοακουστικών Θεμάτων και Πολιτισμού (EACEA) της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής έτους 2016 (απόφαση χρηματοδότησης αρ. 2016-0138/001-001), υποχρεούται να προβεί στις κάτωθι μεταφράσεις: 

 

1) από την αγγλική στην ελληνική γλώσσα των μελετών με τους ακόλουθους τίτλους: 

α) Comparative Overview on Instruction Time in Full-time Compulsory Education in Europe – 2015/16 

β) Languages in Secondary Education: An Overview of National Tests in Europe 2014/15 

γ) Entrepreneurship Education 

 

2) από την ελληνική στην αγγλική γλώσσα αποσπασμάτων από την Eurypedia (η υπηρεσία μας βρίσκεται στη διαδικασία επικαιροποίησης των κειμένων). 

 

Το ανώτατο συνολικό ύψος του προϋπολογισμού που διατίθεται για τις ως άνω υπηρεσίες μετάφρασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των €17.559,99, συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ. Ειδικότερα, το ανώτατο ύψος του προϋπολογισμού για την εργασία (1α) αντιστοιχεί σε €1.200,00, το ανώτατο ύψος του προϋπολογισμού για την εργασία (1β) αντιστοιχεί σε €2.533,33, το ανώτατο ύψος του προϋπολογισμού για την εργασία (1γ) αντιστοιχεί σε €9.333,33, και το ανώτατο ύψος του προϋπολογισμού για την εργασία (2) αντιστοιχεί σε €4.493,33. Η δαπάνη της παρεχόμενης υπηρεσίας θα καλυφθεί κατά 75% από πόρους της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής στο πλαίσιο της ως άνω αναφερόμενης απόφασης χρηματοδότησης αρ. 2016-0138/001-001 και κατά 25% από πιστώσεις του τακτικού προϋπολογισμού εξόδων της Κεντρικής Υπηρεσίας του Υπουργείου Παιδείας, Έρευνας και Θρησκευμάτων έτους 2016 (Φ.19-110, ΚΑΕ 0873). Τον ανάδοχο βαρύνουν όλες οι νόμιμες κρατήσεις υπέρ τρίτων. Ύστερα από τα ανωτέρω, η υπηρεσία μας καλεί τους προσκληθέντες και κάθε άλλο ενδιαφερόμενο να μας υποβάλλει προσφορά είτε για το σύνολο των εργασιών (1α,β,γ και 2) είτε για μια εκ των δυο. Προσφορά η οποία θα δίνεται για μέρος εργασίας θα απορρίπτεται ως απαράδεκτη. Επίσης θα απορρίπτονται ως απαράδεκτες οι προσφορές που θα υπερβαίνουν τα ανώτατα ύψη προϋπολογισθέντων δαπανών. Η οικονομική προσφορά υποβάλλεται με την συμπλήρωση του συνημμένου ΠΙΝΑΚΑ της παρούσας πρόσκλησης τον οποίο ο ενδιαφερόμενος οφείλει να συμπληρώσει και να υποβάλει.

Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι καλούνται να υποβάλλουν σφραγισμένες προσφορές στο Πρωτόκολλο του ΥΠ.Π.Ε.Θ., (Αν. Στο φάκελο της προσφοράς κάθε υποψήφιου θα επισυνάπτονται εκτός από τα δείγματα μετάφρασης, ένα βιογραφικό σημείωμα του υποψήφιου λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τους ειδικούς όρους. Επίσης στο φάκελο θα αναφέρεται για ποια/ποιες εργασία/εργασίες κατατίθεται προσφορά. Οι υποβαλλόμενες ή οι ταχυδρομικά αποστελλόμενες προσφορές πρέπει να περιέλθουν στο ΥΠ.Π.Ε.Θ. και 16PROC004266448 2016-04-21 να λάβουν αριθμό εισερχομένου από το Κεντρικό Πρωτόκολλο του ΥΠ.Π.Ε.Θ., μέχρι την 6η Μαίου 14:00 μ.μ. 

Οι εκπρόθεσμες προσφορές δε λαμβάνονται υπόψη και επιστρέφονται χωρίς να αποσφραγισθούν. 

Οι προσφορές θα αποσφραγιστούν την 6η Μαϊου 

Το έργο θα ανατεθεί στον ανάδοχο (ή στους αναδόχους) με τη χαμηλότερη οικονομική προσφορά, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τους ειδικούς όρους και τα δείγματα μετάφρασης κάθε υποψήφιου, κατόπιν σχετικής εισήγησης της Υπηρεσίας. Η πληρωμή για την παροχή του έργου των μεταφράσεων θα πραγματοποιείται μετά την οριστική παραλαβή των παραδοτέων που έχει αναλάβει να μεταφράσει ο ανάδοχος από αρμόδια Επιτροπή Παραλαβής, η οποία θα βεβαιώσει ότι η μετάφραση είναι υψηλής ποιότητας, πιστή, ακριβής και αντιστοιχεί στο αγγλικό και ελληνικό κείμενο αντίστοιχα. Το ύψος της πληρωμής θα διαμορφώνεται αναλόγως του μεγέθους των κειμένων ή κατόπιν συμφωνίας με τον ανάδοχο, βάσει της οικονομικής του προσφοράς. A post-doctoral position is proposed at IMMI-CNRS (Orsay, France - http://www.immi-labs.org/). IMMI is an International Joint Research CNRS Unit (UMI) in the field of Multimedia and Multilingual Document
Processing. It gathers three contributing partners: LIMSI-CNRS, RWTH Aachen and KIT (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology).


Context of the project

The project relies on an experimental platform for online monitoring of social media and information streams, with self-adaptive properties, in order to detect, collect, process, categorize, and analyze multilingual streams. The platform includes advanced linguistic analysis, discourse analysis, extraction of entities and terminology, topic detection, translation and the project includes studies on unsupervised and cross-lingual adaptation.


Requirements and objectives

A PhD in a field related to the project (translation, natural language processing or machine learning) is required. The candidate will perform research in the framework mentioned above, and will supervize collection and annotation of the data. Salary will follow CNRS standard rules for contractual researchers, according to the experience of the candidate.

Qualification :

Le candidat doit etre titulaire d'une these dans le domaine du traitement des langues, avec une specialisation en localisation et/ou dans les outils d'aide a la traduction. Call for expressions of interest - EPSO/CAST/S/1/2011 – Translators into all 23 EU languages

A competition for translators as contractual agents into all 23 official EU languages was published yesterday. Deadline for applications is 29th November. Candidates should have a BA degree, be native speakers of one official EU language and have a perfect knowledge of two other EU official languages out of which they can translate. One of these languages has to be among the working languages of the EU institutions, that is English, French or German. This means that English native speakers should have French or German among their source languages.

Organizational Setting

One of the main functions assigned to the IAEA under its Statute is to foster the exchange of scientific and technical information and the dissemination of knowledge in the nuclear field among Member States. To enable the effective exchange and dissemination of information relevant to the IAEA's work and mandate between the Secretariat and Member States, the Division of Conference and Document Services coordinates and supports the implementation of these activities by organizing meetings and conferences, issuing documents in the six official Agency languages, i.e. Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish, and preparing and distributing publications.

The French Translation Section is one of six Translation Sections in the Division providing translations of a broad range of documents and publications into the official languages. It is responsible for translating documents into French.

Main Purpose

As a member of a team led by the Section Head, to process, format, incorporate changes in and proofread documents translated into French. The Translation Assistant is responsible for the final quality control of technically complex and sensitive texts ensuring accuracy and completeness before dispatching and, where appropriate, uploading them on the IAEA's website.

Working Relationships
The Translation Assistant works in a team with staff in the Section and in the Division on issues related to text production in French. He/she may contact staff in the Language Services Support Section to seek clarification regarding documents.


Functions / Key Results Expected

• Process, proofread and finalize highly sensitive and technically complex texts in French in accordance with established quality control guidelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency of texts by checking spelling, punctuation, grammar, syntax and completeness against the original English texts.
• Check and format complex texts containing tables, charts, figures, diagrams, references to ensure accurate presentation.
• Pre-translate texts using computer-assisted translation software (CAT).
• Create, where appropriate, the final version of texts as PDF files for dispatching, archiving and uploading on the IAEA's website.
• Align externally translated texts and update the CAT memory with reliable texts.
• Coordinate the work of support staff to ensure efficient processing of documentation.
• Provide guidance to support staff in processing complex documents and perform final quality control of such documents.
• Assist in finding the most efficient ways to solve translation software-related problems.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Professional knowledge: Good knowledge of the translation process and ability to follow established guidelines.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office 2010, which is the IAEA standard (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of specialized translation software or ability to learn about such software quickly and apply new technologies.
• Organizing skills: Ability to establish priorities and respect deadlines. Ability to work independently and accurately under time pressure for extended periods.
• Accuracy and ability to pay attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills: Ability to work effectively in an international team with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
• Knowledge sharing: Ability to provide training and guidance to support staff on the relevant procedures as required.

Education and Experience

Completed secondary education.
At least seven years of relevant working experience.
Perfect command of French as mother tongue or principal language of education and good knowledge of oral and written English.
Successful completion of the French Translation Section's language and typing tests and the English Language Test (Level 1), as well as, the English Typing Test (Level 1) to IAEA standard.
Experience in processing and proofreading French texts with a high standard of speed and accuracy.

Remuneration
The IAEA offers an attractive remuneration package including a tax-free annual net base salary starting at ?38 791 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance), six weeks' annual vacation, pension plan and health insurance.
